Why people leave the app without leaving the brand
Stats Royale has two faces that get flattened into one name:
- The consumer app — Overwolf, ads, IAP, builder, player lookup. Review complaints concentrate on crashes and on ads in front of lookup or the builder. That is a product-shape problem, not a one-star tantrum.
- The esports surface — a named CRL event and overlay QR codes that copy the decks on stream. That surface is good at watch-then-copy. It does not make the consumer app pleasant for Tuesday ladder.
