Clash Royale decks without Champions
How to browse ranked Clash Royale decks that do not use a Champion — exclude them on DeckBeacon, then copy the official list.
Champions are a card type with their own slot rules, not a form bit on an ordinary troop. If you have not unlocked one — or you do not want to play one — you can still use the ranked snapshot. Exclude Champion cards on /decks. DeckBeacon does not keep a separate "no Champion" catalog; this is the same Path of Legends sample with a filter.
What a Champion is. This is not the same job as decks without Evolutions: a list can have a Champion and no Evolution, or three Evolutions and no Champion.
How to filter
- Open /decks.
- Exclude the Champion cards you do not own (or all of them, if you want none). The include/exclude control is the same one the native app uses.
- Optionally set Evolution count to none if those are locked too.
- Sort by Rating if you want what won in this sample among the remaining lists; sort by usage if you want what you will still see with Champions on ladder.
- Copy. Champions do not get an Evolution bit; they still have to exist in your collection to play. Copy guide.
Why these lists are not a "beginner tier"
A Champion-free Hog list can still be a high-skill cycle. The sample's Wilson scores describe leaderboard battles, not arena 11. Use beginners for on-ramp advice and this page for the card constraint.
Unrated (dash) still means fewer than 50 decisive games after the filter's population — actually, Rating is computed on the deck before you filter. A dash is about the snapshot, not about "no Champion."
