Does DeckBeacon have ads?
No. DeckBeacon currently has no ads. If that changes, ads stay off the copy-deck path — never a captcha-plus-interstitial in front of import.
No. DeckBeacon currently has no ads. There is no ad SDK on the website, no banner on a deck page, and no interstitial in front of Copy Deck. The privacy page says this in those terms, and a CI test fails if the privacy copy and the ad state disagree.
That is the whole answer for today. The rest of this page is what the answer will still mean if ads ever exist, because "no ads" is a claim that has to stay true — or be updated in the same commit as the privacy policy, not silently.
Why this question exists
People search it because the two names they already know — RoyaleAPI and Stats Royale — put ads or a bot challenge on the path to the thing they came to do. Copying a deck through a captcha, then an ad, is the complaint that creates "RoyaleAPI alternative" searches. DeckBeacon's wedge is that the copy button is an official link.clashroyale.com URL with nothing in front of it.
The placement rule, even later
If ads ever turn on, they are a deck-list concern. They do not sit on deck detail, they do not sit next to Copy Deck, and they do not gate search. A row that carries a copy button already has to carry the Evolution disclosure in the open; putting an ad on that row would recreate the friction this product exists to avoid.
That rule is older than the website. It is the same constraint the native client will use. Is DeckBeacon free?
What we will not do to "stay free"
We will not sell a "remove ads" purchase. Fan-content tools are not allowed to charge a fee without written approval; a paid ad-free tier is a fee. Ads, if they exist, are the monetization — not a dark pattern that unlocks copy.
We will also not put a Cloudflare challenge in front of the catalog to "make up for" missing ads. The incumbents' bot walls are why this site is written to be crawlable. See llms.txt and the methodology.
