Is DeckBeacon made by Supercell?
No. DeckBeacon is an unofficial fan tool for Clash Royale, not affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell. Rankings come from the official API.
No. DeckBeacon is an unofficial fan tool for Clash Royale. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Supercell. That sentence is on every page of this site because the Fan Content Policy requires it, not because it is a footer flourish.
Clash Royale, the card art, and the copy-deck URL scheme are Supercell's. DeckBeacon computes a ranked snapshot from the official API, then hands you an official link.clashroyale.com import. We do not ship a private server, a bot that plays for you, or a modified client.
What "unofficial" still has to get right
Unofficial is not a license to scrape RoyaleAPI or Stats Royale. Rankings, names, ratings, and artwork on this site are not copied from those products. If a number here sits near a number there, that is two independent pipelines — methodology.
Unofficial is also not a license to invent a census. The catalog is a bounded Path of Legends sample, not every list anyone played this week. What a bounded sample is.
Copy-deck is still Supercell's
The import button is not a DeckBeacon invention. It is the same link.clashroyale.com handoff the game uses. We validate it; we do not extend it. Evolutions and Hero form still have to be set in the collection after import — that limitation is the official format. What a copy-deck link is.
Anyone claiming an unofficial fan site can push a private protocol into your account is asking you to trust a third client. We will not.
Card art
Pinned card images on this site come from the official API's art, with a text-tile fallback when an asset is missing. Bundling that artwork in a public store release still depends on Fan Content Policy review. The website keeps the fallback working so reverting art is a config change, not a rewrite.
